Cauliflower
A cabbage that grows a large white tightly packed flower head. It is not easy to grow.
How To Grow
Best grown in plugs as there is less root disturbance when you plant out later. They can still be sown direct 1cm deep. Transplant when the plants have 3 pairs of leaves 60cm apart and 60cm between rows to give large flower heads or down to 15cm apart and 25cm between rows to give smaller heads, this may be better for the gardener who does not have a large garden.
