When you sign up we will provide you with a unique Promotion Code and a unique link to provide to your viewers/readers/listeners/followers. This will provide them with a 20% discount on any subscription or gift voucher, as an incentive to use your code, whilst also providing you with a commission for each new subscription / voucher purchased using that promotion code.

Payment of commissions is on a monthly basis, with a $25($30) payout threshold (unpaid balances roll over to next month). Payouts are made via either Paypal or BACS (UK only).

Who can Join?

Anyone can join the program, but your service or site must be reputable and we reserve the right to decline any application which we feel is unsuitable or does not match our values.

What rules do affiliates have to abide by?

You will have to abide with the laws of your own country and those of the countries where your followers reside. We also require you to be open with your viewers, readers, listeners, or other social following that you are an affiliate (and receive a proportion of the cost of any subscription or gift voucher that they purchase) when linking to, mentioning or promoting VegPlotter. Failure to do this will result in you being removed from the VegPlotter affiliate program.

How to Join?

Its super simple! Just fill out this form. We will then review your affiliate request to make sure that your site, services and social media channels meet with our Values. You will then be notified via email as soon as the request is approved.

MORE THAN 5 CHARACTERS WITH NO SPACES OR SPECIAL CHARACTERS - This will be the code your followers use to get their discount. This is usually a shortened version of your brand (the easier for your followers to remember the better) - If you leave this blank we will allocate one for you.

1. Introduction

By participating in the VegPlotter Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. This agreement outlines the rights and responsibilities of both VegPlotter and its affiliates.

2. Affiliate Eligibility

  • Anyone can apply to join the VegPlotter Affiliate Program. However, we reserve the right to decline applications that we deem unsuitable or incompatible with our values.

3. Affiliate Commission Structure

  • As a VegPlotter Affiliate, you have the opportunity to earn a commission of 30% on new VegPlotter subscriptions (or for 12 months on monthly subscriptions) generated through your unique Promotion Code and link.
  • You will receive a unique Promotion Code and link to share with your viewers, readers, listeners, or followers. This code provides a 20% discount on any VegPlotter subscription or gift voucher.

You have the option to choose a personalized promo code that aligns with your brand and is easy for your followers to remember and use.

4. Commission Payments

  • Commission payments are processed on a monthly basis.
  • To receive a payout, you must reach a minimum balance of $25 (or £30 for UK-based affiliates).
  • Payouts are made via either PayPal or BACS (UK only).

5. Affiliate Obligations

  • Affiliates must comply with the laws of their own country and those of the countries where their followers reside.
  • It is mandatory for affiliates to transparently disclose their affiliate relationship when linking to, mentioning, or promoting VegPlotter to their viewers, readers, listeners, or followers. Failure to do so may result in removal from the VegPlotter Affiliate Program.

6. Termination of Affiliation

VegPlotter reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at its discretion, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to violations of these terms and conditions, improper conduct, or any actions that are harmful to the VegPlotter brand.

7. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

VegPlotter reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and it is their responsibility to review and adhere to the most recent version of the terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and any disputes or claims arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
