Blackberries
Blackberries (Rubus fruticosus) produce sweet black fruit in the autumn.
How To Grow
Grow from a potted plant but make sure the plant is healthy as blackberries suffer from virus diseases. Transplant in the winter months into a sunny position where it can be trained against a wall or frame. Most Blackberries fruit on last year's growth so it is advisable to note which shoots are new so that they can be kept when you prune in the winter.
